At TES, we often find ourselves comparing the process of what we do to the likes of a chef's kitchen. We start with our core ingredient list -- which centers around our archive of yarns and fibers.
In the beginning, we start with a recipe book, learn how to use our tools, work with only the best ingredients, and perfect our craft -- now we find ourselves adding our own signature spice and re-writing the rules completely.
For the Fall-Winter 2023 cookbook lookbook, we partnered with Paris-based artist and chef Alix Lacloche to imagine and create 16 recipes inspired by The Elder Statesman.
The Fall-Winter collection and printed cookbook will be available online and in-store in August 2023.
