SHOPPING ONLINE
To shop by category click the shopping links in the navigation menus located at the top and left-hand side of the screen. To choose a product, click the item image. This will take you to the product detail page. To add items to your bag, select your size and click the add to bag icon. Items are automatically saved in the shopping bag, but availability is not guaranteed until purchase. In the shopping bag, you may remove items, resume shopping or continue to checkout.

To process you order, click the Proceed to Checkout. Our secure checkout process involves entering billing and delivery information, shipping method, and payment details. Our checkout process exceeds industry safely standards for secure payment.

An order confirmation will automatically appear and a copy will be sent by email. Customers are notified by email and provided with a tracking number when the order is ready to ship.

The Elder Statesman accepts payment in the form of American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover; we do not accept personal checks, cash or money orders. The retail prices displayed on The Elder Statesman do not include taxes.

All merchandise sold on The Elder Statesman is intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that appear to be for resale-purposes.

SHIPPING
At checkout domestic customers can choose UPS Ground or 2-Day. International customers are required to pay shipping and taxes/duties at checkout. Please note shipping is not refundable. Depending on shipping address and service selected, delivery usually occurs within 7 days once your order has been processed, pending availability and credit card verification. An adult signature is always required for delivery.
If you wish to waive this option, please contact info@elder-statesman.com with your name and order number.

Approximate Transit Times:
  • Ground: 5 -7 business days
  • Two Day: 2 -3 business days
  • Standard Overnight: 1 -2 business days
Processing Time:
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM PST typically  begin processing that day (excluding holidays) although it can take 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).

The Elder Statesman will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing. You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center. Once the shipment is created, you will receive an email with Fedex tracking information for your order. Please note: a customer signature is required for all shipments. Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
Please email Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please include your full name, contact information, order number & reason within the body of the email, with a subject line “Exchange” and your order number. A representative will follow up with an RMA number and further instructions.

To Process The Exchange
  • All merchandise must arrive to The Elder Statesman within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The merchandise must be in good condition and with the original tags attached.
  • The merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

The Elder Statesman may refuse any exchanges that do not comply with our conditions stated above. Once the RMA number has been issued, you may use the original packaging to ship your order back, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package. Write the issued RMA number on the outside of the return box. Returned packages without a visible RMA number will be refused. Ship it back to us within 14 days of the RMA number issue date. An exchange will be processed within seven days after your return is approved. An email confirmation of the return and exchange will be sent to the address listed in your account details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items purchased online are eligible for free returns for US customers within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to issue either an exchange or a full refund.

For return authorization, please email web@elder-statesman.com referencing your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Our customer service team will get back to you with an RA# within 2 business days. 

Items must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization #.  

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your order back to your original payment method.

For international customers, shipping costs are non-refundable and return and handling shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

All custom merchandise is final sale.

DAMAGES, INCOMPLETE & INCORRECT ORDERS
In the event a product is delivered in damaged condition, an even exchange will be processed. Damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Item must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. To claim a damaged item, see Exchanging Your Item above.

If you have received an item in error or are missing an item from your order, please contact Customer Service with the order confirmation number and the style code of the missing or incorrect item(s). Our team will review the information and correct delivery free of charge.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you made your order in error and wish to cancel it, please contact customer service by email at info@elder-statesman.com as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
